The chilli is of the Capsicum genus and a hybrid of the chinense and frutescens species.
I enjoy hot food on occasion but it has always blown my mind how diverse the simple old chilli is. Nowadays its used in puddings, chocolates, drinks you name it. This sight is dedicated to the versatility of the chilli. I will be posting all things relating to it. there will be fun facts, recipe, you name it. Enjoy!
